Welcome to the homepage of the 1st Arkansas Infantry
Regiment, Company D. We are a family-oriented reenacting unit based
in central Arkansas dedicated to accurately portraying the Arkansas Confederate
soldier or civilian and having some fun while doing it. Our members
hail from many different parts of the State and many different walks of
life. We are a young unit and are actively seeking new recruits.
No experience necessary. Civil War reenacting is the fastest
growing hobby in the United States for a reason, its fun. So take
a look around our site, let us know what you think, who knows you might
get "the bug".
